Broccoli with Orange Sauce

Break out of the broccoli doldrums with this lively citrus sauce.

Ingredients:
2 oranges, juiced1 tablespoon unsalted butter2 large cloves garlic, mincedblack pepper to taste2 cups broccoli florets

| Instructions: |
| Sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add orange juice and pepper and boil for 2 minutes.
Steam broccoli until crisp tender and serve with sauce.
